Tell us about the practice: how many on staff, which systems hold patient records, what prompted the question. We will say, plainly, which stop to begin at — and whether you need us at all.
Thirty minutes, no charge. Weekdays 9am–5pm — or leave a note at the desk.

What To Have Beside You For The First Call
None of this is homework. Whatever you can gather lets us name a fixed fee on the call itself rather than a week later.
- A rough headcountClinicians, front desk and billing — the number decides whether training runs once or twice.
- Where records liveThe practice-management or EHR software’s name is enough. Hosted or in a back room, either is fine.
- Your outside IT contactIf someone looks after your computers, their name helps. If no one does, say so — most of our clinics are in that position.
- The date of your last risk analysisIf you cannot remember one, that is a useful answer too.
